pearland.pro is intended for legitimate businesses that are located in, regularly serve, or have a genuine commercial connection to the Pearland area. Creating an account does not guarantee public listing, publication or continued access. Business accounts and public content may be reviewed before or after publication.
By creating an account, submitting content, using business tools, publishing material, requesting services, or otherwise using pearland.pro, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
Business accounts are intended for legitimate local or service-area businesses. We may request or review information reasonably related to business identity, contact information, service area, category, website, public business presence, or other indicators of legitimacy.
New accounts may remain private or pending until approved. Approval may be withheld, delayed, reconsidered, suspended or revoked if information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, abusive, inconsistent with the purpose of the platform, or presents a security or trust concern.
To protect legitimate businesses, customers and the integrity of pearland.pro, we may suspend, restrict, reject, unpublish, remove or permanently block an account, business page, promotion or user when we reasonably believe the account or activity involves misuse, fraud, deception, impersonation, spam, harassment, malicious activity, repeated policy violations, attempted circumvention, or material risk to the platform or its users.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access. Creating new accounts, changing contact information, using another person's account, or otherwise attempting to evade a suspension or permanent block is prohibited and may result in immediate removal of related accounts or content.
Where practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a problem. However, we may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, abuse, legal risk, harmful conduct, or platform integrity.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with content you submit, including business information, photos, logos, offers, promotions and marketing materials. You represent that you have the right to submit and publish that content.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant pearland.pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute the content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and provide the pearland.pro service and the business presence you requested.
Drafting content does not guarantee publication. Pending or suspended businesses may be prevented from publishing publicly. We may review, reject, remove, unpublish, reclassify or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates a trust or safety concern, is materially inaccurate, or does not fit the purpose of the local-business platform.
We are not required to host every business, promotion, offer or submission, and we do not guarantee any particular placement, ranking, visibility or duration of publication.
The core pearland.pro platform may be offered free to approved businesses. Optional services—such as professional setup assistance, business phone, SMS, AI answering, advanced marketing, or other connected services—may carry separate charges.
Where a price is displayed, it applies to the identified optional service only. For example, a one-time setup charge is payment for setup assistance, not payment for access to the free pearland.pro core platform.
pearland.pro may link to or integrate with services operated by SurfLocal properties or other third parties. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees and availability. A link or integration does not make pearland.pro responsible for a third party's independent services or conduct.
If a business receives customer inquiries, booking requests or contact information through pearland.pro, the business must use that information responsibly, lawfully and in connection with the customer's request or legitimate business relationship. Businesses are responsible for complying with applicable communications, privacy, advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
pearland.pro provides tools and opportunities for local visibility, business pages, promotions, lead capture and related activity. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, customer leads, sales, bookings, revenue, reviews, phone calls, campaign performance or any other business result.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, limits, integrations or parts of the service. We may perform maintenance, restore backups, address security events or temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pearland.pro and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pearland.pro, its operator, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, reputational harm or losses arising from third-party conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator of pearland.pro and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your business activity, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of customer information, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Businesses may request account closure or deletion subject to the tools and procedures we make available. We may retain limited records reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, backups, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of a suspension or permanent block.
If you believe a business, promotion, account or user is fraudulent, abusive, misleading or otherwise violating these Terms, please report it. We may investigate and take action we reasonably consider appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the platform changes. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use of pearland.pro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
